A very fine mezzotint of this musical scene originally by Gabriel Spizel (1696 1760). "The Hearing," with a short poem on the subject written in French and German. 17 X 12 inches. A 1 inch paper loss at top margin, descending just slightly into the plate. Otherwise in very good condition with wide margins outside the plate.
